Masks: Session 02 – Side A

Hello!

Welcome to the first installment of Session 2 of our Masks actual play.  Alex, Kaetlyn, Kolton, and Matt continued playing Dreadlock, Terraform, Scarchain, and Senpai.  I, Colin, continued my role as GM and so played everyone else 😉 .  In this session we continue our adventures in Halcyon City!  The young heroes deal with some of the fallout from our last session after they have a good time trying to figure out their team name. Please enjoy the show.

Masks: Session 01 – Side C

Hello!

Welcome to the Wednesday Night Game Podcast!  This week we continue our broadcast of our first session of Masks.  Alex, Kaetlyn, Kolton, and Matt were still playing this session and I, Colin, continued my role as GM.  We had a lot of fun getting to know the characters in this game and (since the recording session was the same as the one from last week) we were still having some organizational issues (mostly having enough of the correct copies of the players handouts).  I was able to largely remove those through edits, so they don’t really slow down the episode even though they kinda slowed us down during the recording session.  I also wanted to let you guys know that I didn’t find a really good place to break up this episode so it’s a little on the longer side at just under 1:45 (one hour and forty-five minutes).

Please enjoy as our group of super-teens deal with the fallout (emotional and otherwise) that comes from the tussle they started last week!

Masks: Session 01 – Side A

Hello!

Welcome to the Wednesday Night Game Podcast!

It’s finally here.  The moment you’ve all been waiting for!  It’s the first actual play session of Masks that isn’t character creation!!! Wooo!

So we have Alex, Kaetlyn, Kolton, and Matt as players this time around and I, Colin, acted as GM.  We had a lot of fun getting to know the characters in this game but we had a couple organizational issues that came up.  I won’t bore you with those details as I was able to largely remove those through edits.  Please enjoy as our group of super-teens get to work saving the city… er… museum… or city block… you’ll see!

Masks: Session 00 – Character Creation

Hello!

Welcome to Wednesday Night Game! I’m proud to bring to you our first recording of Masks! For those who are not familiar, Masks is a game about young Superheroes. I could take the time to try to explain it in exhausting detail, or I could place a link to the official webpage!  Basically we’re playing heroes dealing with hero and teen problems all at once while the world tries to tell them what they should be. It’s great fun!

We’ve got Alex, Kaetlyn, Kolton, and Matt playing in this game and I, Colin, shall be the GM.  Give our character creation session a listen. I’ve split it up into two one hour and ten minute (average) sides to the session. Please enjoy at your leisure!
