Hello!

Please join the Wednesday Night Crew for the first session of Blades in the Dark!  Blades in the Dark is a game of daring scoundrels pulling heists and jobs in an industrial fantasy setting of the Shattered Isles in the haunted streets of Doskvol, a major port city.  Alex, Elspeth (who is new to our group!), Kaetlyn, Kolton, and Matt joined me to create a crew to further darken the streets of Doskvol and to make a name for themselves, and their Forgotten God, The Reconciler.  Please join us as we embark on our first session and get our first job; this turned out to be more complicated than the players or the characters thought it would.

Please join the Wednesday Night Crew for the first session of Blades in the Dark!  Blades in the Dark is a game by John Harper and published by Evil Hat.  It’s a game of daring scoundrels pulling heists and jobs in an industrial fantasy setting of the Shattered Isles in the haunted streets of Doskvol (or Duskwall, or The Dusk, depending on who you ask), a major port city.  Alex, Elspeth (who is new to our group), Kaetlyn, Kolton, and Matt joined me to create a crew to further darken the streets of Doskvol and to make a name for themselves, and their dark god The Reconciler.  Please join us as we embark on our first session and begin the process of getting a job to pull.

A quick heads up, we broke with our normal tradition of recording our character and crew creation, since it is not the most exciting and took an entire evening of play.  Don’t worry, we’ll catch you up with the results of that labor quickly in this first episode!
