Blades in the Dark: Session 07 – Side C

Hello!

Please join the Wednesday Night Crew for side C of the Seventh session of Blades in the Dark! Blades in the Dark is a game of daring scoundrels pulling heists and jobs in the haunted streets of Doskvol.  Alex (playing Cobra, a Leech), Elspeth (playing Kittens, a Cutter), Kaetlyn (playing Smiles, a Whisper), Kolton (playing Raven, a Lurk), and Matt (playing Jotun, a Hound) played a Cult darkening the streets of Doskvol and trying to make a name for themselves, and their dark god The Reconciler.

This week, we resolve what happened to Raven when he’s inside the Prison and we see some of the aftermath of the job (including heat, payout, and rep) and then we do XP!  Everyone was very pleased with the outcome of the score and we hope you guys had a fun time listening too!

This week, the crew finally manages to get out of the Spirit Wardens Garrison by finishing their plan, and we see some of where Raven disappeared to.

This week the crew manages to find out some more about what’s going on in the Spirit Warden’s basement.  Jotun and Kittens figure out where Raven went and what the hell was behind that other door while Cobra defends the exit from some pretty badass sparkcraft Hulls (that’s clockwork robots powered by ghosts for those of you who don’t live in Duskwall).

Apocalypse World – Session 07: Side C

Hello!

First, a quick apology: there is an intermittent crackling noise as well as some clicking on the audio this week.  I’m not sure where it came from and I tried to remove it wherever possible but it’s still present.  Please do your best to ignore these sounds and we’ll do what we can to ensure they don’t occur in future recordings.

Now, please join the Wednesday Night Crew for side C of the seventh session of our Apocalypse World series! Alex, Kaetlyn, and Kolton joined me to play in our very own apocalypse.  Please join us as Wolf the Gunlugger does some work by being scary, Koo the Childthing helps people by being weird, and Kray the Faceless deals out violence to everyone in his way.  At the end, the players have a very important decision to make about what happens next.
