Welcome to our Torchbearer series! In these episodes, you’ll hear Alex, Kaetlyn, Kolton, Matt and Colin play out the events that have befallen the downtrodden adventurers in a land infested with monsters lurking in the darkness just beyond your campfires and city walls.
Our characters in these episodes were Jimmithias “Jimmy” Dwindelberger, a young and arrogant Human Magician played by Alex, Aaron Gold, a Human Warrior with a strong shield and more bravery than sense, played by Kaetlyn, Horrace San Diego a Human Cleric who lived to feel fear pound through his veins, played by Kolton, and Matt who played Nilo Steelkin, a Dwarf Adventurer who knew that the only way to end up with a diamond was to cut away the rough.
Colin, acting as GM, was supposed to bring the NPCs to life, create a brooding atmosphere, and serve up hardship in abundance to the players at every turn. He succeeded for the most part.
