The First “What Game should Wednesday Night Game Play Next?” Poll

Hello!

Over the last year, we’ve been bringing you many hours of tabletop goodness as we played RPG’s that we wanted to bring to you.  We played Dungeons and Dragons, Legends of the Elements, Microscope, Mouse Guard, Dungeon World, and, most recently, Masks. Now we want to give you guys something new; the power of choice.  As of the publication of this post (on July 29, 2016) we’re on 10 recorded sessions of Masks so we’ve still got a lot more of that content for you guys coming down the pipeline, but we’re getting to where we’ll want to wrap up the “season” soon and we wanted your input to decide what to do next.

So you guys will have the ability to chose what game we’ll be playing next by clicking on this link to a straw poll!  There are five options (Epyllion, Apocalypse World 2nd Edition, Burning Wheel, Torchbearer, and Masks Season 2) and each was chosen by one of the cast members because they want to give that game a shot.

You guys are getting the final say so we’ll play the one with the highest number of votes on August 12, 2016 when I’ll tabulate the results and make a post announcing the “winner!” Only one vote per listener, so please choose wisely.

Thank you all so much for coming and listening to our games.  The whole cast loves seeing the numbers of viewers each week and we want to show our appreciation by letting you guys tell us what you want to hear us play.

Edit: We are extending the deadline on the poll by a week. The new date is reflected in the post now.

Masks: Session 03 – Side B

Hello!

Welcome to the second installment of Session 3 of our Masks actual play.  Alex, Kaetlyn, Kolton, and Matt continued playing Dreadlock, Terraform, Scarchain, and Senpai (respectively).  I, Colin, continued my role as GM and so played everyone else.  This week we find out how the rest of that conversation with the Fates went, do some shopping, and go to investigate that note and see what the Red Claw ninja’s are up to on the docks.  We cover a fair bit of ground in this episode, but we had a lot of fun walking it.  Please enjoy the show!

Hello!

Welcome to the first installment of Session 3 of our Masks actual play.  Alex, Kaetlyn, Kolton, and Matt continued playing Dreadlock, Terraform, Scarchain, and Senpai (respectively).  I, Colin, continued my role as GM and so played everyone else.  We follow up this week with an interrogation of the Red Claw Ninja the team captured in the FSR fight and then the characters move on to information gathering from some very interesting and unexpected sources.  Please enjoy the show!

Masks: Session 02 – Side C

Hello!

Welcome to the final installment of Session 2 of our Masks actual play.  Alex, Kaetlyn, Kolton, and Matt continued playing Dreadlock, Terraform, Scarchain, and Senpai (respectively).  I, Colin, continued my role as GM and so played everyone else.  This week you’ll hear the exciting conclusion to our Dragon’s Claw ninja battle in the FSR headquarters and the beginning of a mystery they will need to unravel before too much time or they will face dire consequences. We’ll see what they do going forward, though. Please enjoy the show!

Masks: Session 02 – Side B

Hello!

Welcome to the second installment of Session 2 of our Masks actual play.  Alex, Kaetlyn, Kolton, and Matt continued playing Dreadlock, Terraform, Scarchain, and Senpai (respectively).  I, Colin, continued my role as GM and so played everyone else.  In this session we continue our adventures in Halcyon City!  Terraform went off on her own to find and fight a new villain whom they learned about from some news articles I posted during the week to help keep our momentum going! Down time GM lonely fun, paying off at the table! Dreadlock did his own thing for the most part, and Scarchain sat it out after his escapades with Emerald Lance last week. Senpai in the meantime went to the FSR to make good on his promise to In-Fighter from the session before. He encounters a few roadblocks, both legal and from an old enemy. Please enjoy the show.
