Hello!

Please join the Wednesday Night Crew for the Eighth Session of Blades in the Dark! Blades in the Dark is a game of daring scoundrels pulling heists and jobs in the haunted streets of Doskvol.  Alex (playing Cobra, a Leech), Elspeth (playing Kittens, a Cutter), Kaetlyn (playing Smiles, a Whisper), Kolton (playing Raven, a Lurk), and Matt (playing Jotun, a Hound) played a Cult darkening the streets of Doskvol and trying to make a name for themselves, and their dark god The Reconciler.

This was the last session we played of Blades and we just did downtime stuff, fictionally positioning our gang with all of their upgrades from leveling up.  There’s a good amount of out of character conversation this time, mostly surrounding us figuring out mechanically how the Tier rank-up process works in the fiction and also playing out our downtime.  We also didn’t play for our normal duration, so the episode runs a little long, but it’s the entire session.

Alex, Kaetlyn, and Kolton joined me to play in our very own apocalypse.  Please join Koo the Childthing, Kray the Faceless, and Wolf the Gunluggeras as they go shopping and then finally get around to seeing what’s going on in The Pit.  Unsurprisingly to long time listeners, they only sortof make new friends, definitely make the leadership unhappy, and people get hurt.  It was a great time!
